You are welcome to cancel a class via self-service through the class calendar in accordance with our 24 Hour Cancellation Policy (canceling prior to 24 hours before class start time).
To cancel, please login to our Client Portal and Cancel out of any classes you have booked. Please note, after 24 hours, the system will enforce our cancellation policy and you can no longer cancel and save your credit.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or schedule changes through email, phone, Messenger, etc. Cancellations and schedule changes are only valid if done via the class calendar. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation there as well.
The only exceptions to this rule:
- If your dog is sick; or
- If you are sick with COVID-19 or have been exposed.
