We only require puppies to have their first set of vaccinations to attend Puppy Start Right as long as they're on schedule for the rest of their vet visits. In fact, we strongly recommend bringing them in early.

The risk of undersocialization is greater than the risk of your pup getting sick. Please see a statement here about the issue by the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behaviour.

We do, of course, also clean our facilities regularly with a strong (but safe) cleaning solution. Every dog who enters the facility is verified to have all the appropriate vaccinations as well.
