Sometimes this happens! The email management software we use helps us get to your inquiries much faster, but unfortunately sometimes our outbound emails do get lost in students' junk folders.


We uphold a 24-hour response time as much as possible, so it is likely we have already responded. Please check all your email folders: spam, "Promotions", "Social", or whatever else your particular email provider may have. If there's still nothing there, send us an email and we'll try from a different address!
