We cannot return credits within the 24-hour window without proof of human or dog illness. For a human illness issue, if the symptoms resemble COVID-19, please follow public health guidelines and remove yourself from any classes that may fall under your mandated quarantine period. We will not return credits beyond the initial class once your illness has been identified.
